Mission Bay Resort Hindu Wedding

I got the incredible honor to photograph a picture-perfect Indian/American wedding for R&M. We had been in contact for the few months leading up to the wedding and I was stoked. This was my first time capturing a Hindu wedding. I spent the time leading up to the date watching YouTube videos and reading about the traditions that I was going to get to capture. The couple was also extremely thoughtful and told me the meaning of the rituals.

On the day of I was totally buzzing. When we did the walk through of the venue we had so much fun so I knew the wedding day would be a blast.

When I got there, everything was still being set up but was already so beautiful. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky, which really made the pink and red florals pop!

Mission Bay resort is a beautiful resort right on the water with palm trees sprinkled around the property. There are so many spots that really scream “IM GETTING MARRIED IN CALIFORNIA”. Then the inside has HUGE private rooms that are perfect for cocktail hour and reception.

This wedding was just so wonderful and Im so happy I got to capture it for this amazing couple.
