La Jolla Proposal

Alex found me on yelp and asked if I could capture his surprise proposal to his wonderful partner and mother of his children. They wanted the surprise captured, couple photos and some pictures with their babies.

As a mom myself, I was all about this idea. Like, I can’t think of anything better to look back on your proposal and see pictures of the people you love most.

Normally Im a huge fan of La Jolla Cove, but being a sunny Saturday afternoon is was SOOOOO CROWDED. We went a few blocks down to a smaller beach and it was nearly empty.

His sister had gotten there early to set up candles and flowers with letters spelling out “Marry Me”

When the couple got there, they held their little ones while Alex got down on one knee and proposed. It was such a sweet moment to get to capture, a whole family event. We then did couple photos on the La Jolla Beach, and family pictures following that.

I don’t really share pictures of kids on here, cause I wouldn’t want a whole bunch of strangers to see my kid if I didn’t post him but just know the pictures were super cute
